Pricing Policy

Malhar Traveline provides buses and coaches on hire on a custom-quote basis. As every trip differs in vehicle, distance and duration, we do not publish fixed rates — we share a clear written quotation for your specific requirement.

1. How we price

Each quotation is based on: the vehicle type and seating (13 to 49 seater), AC or non-AC, the total distance (km), the duration (hours or days), the route and destination, the season or date, and applicable tolls, parking and permits.

2. Billing basis

• Local / city use: a point-to-point package, or a per-hour / per-km basis with a minimum usage.
• Outstation: a per-km basis with a minimum of about 300 km per day, plus a driver night allowance, calculated garage-to-garage.

3. What the fare includes

The quoted fare includes the vehicle, fuel, a trained professional driver, and routine vehicle maintenance.

4. Charged extra (at actuals)

• Toll, parking, state-entry taxes and inter-state permits.
• Driver night allowance for outstation trips.
• Any usage beyond the agreed kilometres or hours.

5. Taxes (GST)

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged in addition to the fare at applicable government rates, against our GSTIN 27DKRPB2455Q1ZH.

6. Advance & payment

An advance of 30% confirms the booking; the balance is due before the journey (or as per your contract). We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and net-banking securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Quote validity

Quotations are valid for 7 days and may change with fuel prices, season or route. The final agreed quotation forms part of your booking confirmation.
