Service Delivery Policy

Malhar Traveline provides a bus-on-hire / passenger transport service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no courier, shipping or delivery of goods is involved. This page explains how our service is confirmed and delivered.

1. Nature of the service

Our service is the hire of a vehicle (Tempo Traveller, mini bus or coach, 13 to 49 seater, AC or non-AC) together with a professional driver, for the route, date and duration agreed in your booking.

2. How a booking is confirmed

• You request a quotation by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
• We share a quotation. On your approval and on receipt of the agreed advance, we confirm the booking.
• You receive a confirmation (by WhatsApp or email) with the trip details and the assigned vehicle.

3. How the service is delivered

On the day of travel, the assigned vehicle and driver report at the agreed pickup point and time, and the service is delivered as per the confirmed itinerary. Any change in route, halts or timing on the day may affect the final charges as set out in our Pricing Policy.

4. No physical shipping or delivery of goods

As a service business, we do not dispatch or ship any goods. References to "shipping" or "delivery" required by payment platforms should be read as the delivery of our transport service described above.

5. Service area

We are based in Mumbai and serve Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane, with outstation trips across Maharashtra and neighbouring states.

6. Timeliness

We make reasonable efforts to report on time and complete the service as scheduled. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road or police restrictions or other events beyond our control are addressed in our Terms & Conditions.
