• Trip details — pickup and drop locations, dates, passenger numbers and any requirements you share.
• Payment information — when you pay online, payment is handled by our gateway (Razorpay). We receive confirmation of payment but do not collect or store your card or bank details.
• Website usage — basic, non-identifying analytics if enabled (see Cookies below).

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and share a quotation.
• To confirm, plan and provide your booking, and to assign a driver and vehicle.
• To process payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting requirements.
• To contact you about your booking and, where you agree, about our services.

3. Payment information

Online payments are processed by Razorpay over a secure, encrypted connection in line with applicable card-network and PCI-DSS standards. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service — for example with the driver assigned to your trip, with our payment gateway to process a payment, or with authorities where required by law.

6. How long we keep information

We keep booking and payment records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
